A series of vibrant poolside murals created for Lateral Real Estate across two apartment buildings in Zetland, Sydney, bringing colour and character to the communal areas shared by residents.
Inspired by long summer days by the pool, the murals feature playful swimmers, divers, citrus, surfboards and striped beach umbrellas, tied together through a warm retro inspired palette of orange, turquoise, blue and golden yellow.
Each mural was designed to work with its individual space while still feeling part of the same visual story. From large scale rooftop pool walls to murals flowing through the internal communal levels, the artwork creates a fun, resort style feel and transforms otherwise simple walls into memorable features of the buildings.
The project is a playful celebration of Sydney summer living, colour and community, designed to make the shared spaces feel a little more vibrant and inviting.
